Chianti Classico 2004
Feb/March 2007

Powerful in it's black ruby-red appearance, this wine displays aromas of black super-ripe fruit and cooking spices with sour cherry. Opens up into huge cherry notes supported by plum, licorice and coffee-spice that wrap around smooth tannins for a fine finish. Calls for a bit, thick grilled rib eye with a side of garlic spinach.
